No. And we're careful about that. KIC is a tactical communication tool — help finding the words for a hard moment. It's not a diagnostic tool, it doesn't replace therapy, and it explicitly tells your clients that. Think of it as scripts, not sessions.
Is it HIPAA-compliant?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. KIC is not designed to store or process PHI. Your clients type communication scenarios ("my dad said X, I want to reply Y"), not clinical information. If you want to use KIC in your practice, the client is the account holder and no session-note data crosses into KIC. We treat every scenario with journalistic-level privacy.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. When you subscribe as a practice, your clients get full Pro access at no cost to them. You send an invite link, they set up their account free, and they have KIC between sessions for the length of your subscription.
How many clients can I include?
