  1. We will never sell your information. Your data belongs to you and will never be sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
  2. Your conversations are never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared. The situations you describe and the responses you receive stay between you and the app. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.
  3. Only you have access to your account and conversation history. Your saved responses, favorites, and history are visible only to you. No other users, employees, or partners can see your conversations.
  4. We collect only what we need to run the service. This includes your email address and username for your account, the situations you describe in order to generate responses, and basic usage data such as features accessed and response count.
  5. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. All data transmission between your device and our servers uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
  6. Free users have no conversations stored on our servers. Your usage count is tracked locally on your device. Pro subscribers can save favorites and history, which are stored securely and can be deleted at any time from your account settings.
  7. Responses are generated using AI technology. Our AI provider processes your input solely to generate your response and does not retain your data for training purposes.
  8. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (web) and Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). We never store your credit card or payment details directly.
  9. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Once deleted, your information is permanently removed from our servers.
  10. We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or any information beyond what is described in this policy.
  11. Keep It Civil is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
  12. We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
