Terms of Service

  1. By using Keep It Civil, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
  2. Keep It Civil grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  4. Subscriptions are available as Civil Pro ($9.99/month for one account), Civil Families ($39.99/month for up to 10 people), and Civil Teams ($199.99/month for unlimited accounts). All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  5. On the web, subscriptions are billed through Stripe. On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  6. You agree to use the service lawfully and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
  7. You are responsible for the content you input. AI-generated responses are suggestions only and should be reviewed before use. Keep It Civil is a communication assistant, not a substitute for professional advice — including but not limited to medical, legal, or mental health advice.
  8. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  9. Keep It Civil is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from acting on AI-generated suggestions.
  10. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
