Getting started

Visit keepitcivil.app/app on the web, or download the iOS app. New accounts get three free responses to try the product. No credit card required.

Managing your subscription

On the web: sign in, open your account settings, and update or cancel your plan. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period.

On iOS: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Keep It Civil. Apple handles all iOS billing changes from there.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam — or email nik@keepitcivil.app and we'll fix it manually.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes everything: profile, history, saved relationships, favorites.

If you can't access your account or prefer we handle it, email nik@keepitcivil.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll take care of it within 48 hours.

Refunds and billing issues

Web subscriptions (Stripe): reach out and we'll work something out. We'd rather have a happy ex-subscriber than a frustrated one.

iOS subscriptions (Apple): Apple handles all iOS refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

Bug reports, feature ideas, feedback on a response that didn't land — all of it goes to the same inbox: nik@keepitcivil.app. The founder reads every one.
